GET BREASTFEEDING OFF TO THE BEST START
At Jordemoderhuset we offer a 2 ½ hour breastfeeding class which prepares you and sets you up to a good and well-functioning period of breastfeeding.
For several years we have dealt with establishing breastfeeding and how to remedy breastfeeding problems
Unfortunately, we experience that many people do not get in touch with us until AFTER the problems have arisen. It is much better to be well prepared for the challenges and, not least, joys associated with breastfeeding
This 2 ½ hour class will give you the necessary knowledge of the following subjects:
- The first few days after birth: When does the “real” milk appear?
- Suckling technique
- Breastfeeding positions
- Do I have enough milk?
- How often should I breastfeed/How long?
- Too little/too much milk
