Booking can be done online or by telephone.
Cancellation no later than 24 hours before the treatment via online booking, email, or telephone.
Cancellation later than 24 hours or no-show will be charged in full.
In the event of pregnancy complications or childbirth, the fee may be waived upon request. We reserve the right to request documentation.
If a birth occurs, the appointment can be cancelled free of charge. Contact us as soon as possible.
For courses purchased online, a 14-day right of cancellation applies, unless the course is started within the period, in which case the right of cancellation lapses.

Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the course: no refund. You can send another participant in your place.
For modular courses, we will, if possible, help find a replacement module before birth.
If you want to move to another course, you can do so as long as there are available places. It is not possible to mix courses. Changes must be made no later than two weeks before the course you want to move from starts.
If you want to change your course, you must contact the clinic at mail@jordemoderhuset.com
Birth more than 2 weeks before the due date: 100% refund.
Birth within 2 weeks of the due date: no refund.
If there are too few registrations, the course may be cancelled.
In that case, we offer an alternative solution – or a full refund.

Payment for services is made via Nets on the website, via Flatpay, MobilePay, or cash at the clinic. Payment for courses is handled via Flatpay. Jordemoderhuset does not have access to your card information. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and the amount will only be deducted upon final approval of the order. Payment is made online when booking an appointment or at the end of the treatment.
Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act).
Lost gift cards will not be replaced.
Can be freely transferred and used for services other than those specified.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
Gift vouchers must be brought with you when booking (printed or digital).
In the event of problems or dissatisfaction, contact us directly – we will find a solution.
Since the services are services, the 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act does not apply.

Jordemoderhuset may change these terms and conditions on an ongoing basis.
Reservations are made for printing errors and sold-out courses.
We are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal and health information.
All midwives are authorized. Authorization numbers are provided upon request.
Nuchal translucency scans and malformation scans are only performed by personnel with valid certifications.
Jordemoderhuset ensures that the certifications are always up to date.
